Every live truck plays in the dashboard. Click one to focus it, then press a drive key or choose Take control. The first Esc releases control; the next returns to the dashboard. Inputs ramp deliberately rather than snap, and hold when released. W/S throttle / brake · A/D steer · C center the steering · G gear (while braking) · Space e-stop · R or RESET E-STOP clears the e-stop latch. In CARLA, W selects forward and accepted controls move the simulated truck. Real hardware remains render-only.

A steering wheel works too: plug it in and turn it, and it appears in the header. Unlike the keys, the wheel and pedals are absolute - the rim angle is the steering angle - so it only takes over once you move it with the throttle released, and any key hands the axes straight back. Unplugging it mid-drive cuts the throttle and brakes rather than holding the last command. Click the device name to calibrate if the axes are wrong for your model.
